Registration AFTER May 31st:
Note: If you received the Ph.D. Student Fee Waiver Award (see here for more details), please contact us at email@example.com. You will not have to pay the registration fee.
Registration without Conference Dinner provides access to: access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, social event, IAREP and SABE membership for 2019, and boat trip. Please note that the boat trip is subject to availability. Registration with Conference Dinner includes additionally the Conference Dinner.
Registration as a Delegate (without presenting)

You can pay your registration fee with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
There are limited places available on the three boat trips. We can only guarantee that the first 150 participants will be able to join one of the boat trips. Boat trip tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Register early to secure a place!
Registration can be cancelled upon written notification to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following conditions:
- Full refund of the registration fees will be given for cancellation requests received by August 1st, 2019.
- No refunds of the registration fees will be given for cancellation requests received after August 1st, 2019.
- There will be no refund for no-shows.
- Bank fees will be charged on all refunds.

Please read the visa pages carefully before submitting your visa application. If you require a visa to travel to Ireland, we would advise you to submit your visa application at least 8 weeks before your planned travel date.
If you require an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact us via email@example.com. We can only issue an invitation letter once you have registered for the conference and paid the conference fees.
The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss of or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance
